If during the use of the limousine / vehicle, any individual in my group or party damages the interior of the limousine rented, in any way; or removes any equipment or accessories; or soiled upholstery or carpet or causes burns from cigarette (normal wear an tear accepted), or vandalizes, destroys, dismantles, or abuses any portion of the interior or exterior of the limousine / vehicle then the renter agrees to take full responsibility for said damages and to pay upon demand by the owners or all damages that exist that are determined after inspection. Minimum charge – $150.00.

Rocco G’s Limousine Services is not responsible for lost items.

CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO LIMOUSINES CAUSED BY THEMSELVES OR THEIR GUESTS.
NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED TO MINORS.

The renter agrees to pay the balance due, if cancellation is made there will be NO REFUND. Reservations that are cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled date MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

If for any reason ROCCO G’s is unable to comply with the terms of this contract, liability is limited to refund of deposit.
